darueber koennte man imho schon eher nachdenken.  vor allem -12 und -15 finde ich arg uebertrieben.  andererseits sind gerade diese beiden oft der grund warum ich es ab und zu dann doch mit der blitz-defense versuchen, trotz 5 leerer seiten. ;-)

Vielleicht könnte man den Blitz Die aufwerten, indem man Sacks als Tackles bei Draw Plays wertet. Darüber war in der Vergangenheit auch schon mal gesprochen worden, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere.
Dabei sollte man die Sack-Yards aber wirklich halbieren, finde ich.

...and the return man starts to run but hasn't got much room and gets only 8 yds on the return. But there's a penalty-marker on the field.

Ref: "Offside, kicking team. The 5-yd penalty will be assessed on the return."

So, the Kobras get 5 more yards on the penalty and they will start the opening series of the second half in decent field position at their own 36 when we come back.

Here's the snap, here comes pressure, the QB is in trouble, gets a screen pass away which is caught by the running back but he has no room. He tries to get around the edge but the defenders won't let him and he can't help but go of bounds for a loss of 3 yds.
The Malfs defense is back in shape, apparently, and it's three-and-out.

...the return man avoids the immediate tackle but the second tackle brings him down for only about a couple.

Here's the snap, the QB pitches to the running back... He stumbles but stays on his feet, he's almost tackled in the backfield and barely makes it back to the line of scrimmage. He goes out of bounds for what I believe is a short loss actually. Let's see where they spot it.
Yes, it's second-and-eleven coming up. That's certainly not the start to their first second-half possession that they wanted.

The QB takes the snap, delayed handoff to the running back but the defense smells the coffee, nowhere to go. He tries to go outside and breaks a tackle! But the second tackle pushes him out of bounds and he did get a gain of 4 yds out of it on a very good effort.
He has his 100-yd game but still it's third-and-long coming up.

ich war hart am ueberlegen, habe mich aber dann fuer den punt entschieden weil noch zeit genug ist fuer drei scores.  man hat ja vorhin gesehen wie schnell es gehen kann!
