Glaub ich eher nicht, weil er ja schreibt "Penalty DEFENSE (FLA)" und moniert, dass die Sparrows bestraft werden. Außerdem hab ich 'nen Offensive Call der Sparrows erhalten.

Aber ich erkläre es natürlich gerne trotzdem:
Da der Lauf negativ war, wird die Strafe nicht am Dead-Ball Spot, sondern am Previous Spot enforced. Diese Alternative gibt es immer, und es wird natürlich immer die gewählt, die von Vorteil ist für das nichtbestrafte Team.

Previous Spot war die 18, von dort half-the-distance, daher 1st-and-GL von der 9.

Nein, denn wir haben es hier mit einem Personal Foul der Defense zu tun. Und den Spot des Fouls können wir eh nicht bestimmen.
