Ich bin mir hier unsicher, ob Rule 1-6 Anwendung findet - dann wäre der Spot sogar nach 35 yards. Für mich dient 1-6 aber eher der Klarstellung dass I und SAC bei incomplete bomb keine Anwendung finden?

Vergiss, was ich eben geschrieben habe. Du hast Recht.

1-6 sagt: "If the bomb die shows "INC", the defense die becomes ineffective, whatever it may show."
(Das würde durchaus auch von den Original-Regeln so gestützt.)

Somit ist auch "-5" unwirksam. Es sind in der Tat 35 Straf-Yards anzusetzen.
