Wenn Ineligible eine 5-yd-Strafe ist und das auch schon so war, als diese QFL-Saison begann, muss das aufgrund der Präambel der QFL Rules umgesetzt werden.

Ist geklärt. Das NFL Rule Book von 2013 sieht in der Tat eine 5-yd-Strafe vor.
Ich gebe zu, ich hatte Ineligible Downfield immer als 10-Yarder auf dem Schirm.
