Auch bei out of Bounds ?

Penalty Plays werden immer so getimed als hätte es keine Penalty gegeben.  Es gibt nur eine einzige Zusatzregel diesbezüglich: es werden maximal zwei Notches abgezogen.  (Sprich: würde ein Play drei Notches verbrauchen, dann werden nur zwei abgezogen – ansonsten wird es aber ganz »normal« getimed.)
