Stimmt das jetzt so? Wenn Sack, dann soll das zweite Penalty zählen, aber dort steht, dass es keine Strafe gibt, wenn es einen Sack beim Play gibt.    Deshalb hier keine Strafe? Richtig?   

Ja, das ist richtig.  stell dir die penalties als einen stapel karten vor, und du ziehst immer die oberste karte. ;-)  in dem fall mussten zwei karten gezogen werden...
