Immerhin geschah das Foul nicht während des Kicks, sondern erst nachdem durch Recovery des Loose Balls die Possession zurückerobert worden war.

Ja, ist offenbar tatsächlich so. Ich kann jedenfalls nichts Anderslautendes in den NFL-Regeln finden. (Ich hatte vermutet, dass ein Enforcement vom Spot des Fouls fällig sein könnte.)

Ja, da bin ich sicher (ich habe nämlich zur Sicherheit auch noch einmal in den Regeln nachgelesen):

14-4-2:
