Guten Abend, meine Damen und Herren!

Auch in dieser Saison soll während der Postseason wieder das QFL All-Star Game "Ice Bowl" stattfinden. Anders als in den vorherigen Saisons ist es aus ligastrukturellen Gründen diesmal nicht möglich, dass die beiden Teams jeweils eine Conference oder Division repräsentieren.

Darum werden unser Commish igor und meine Wenigkeit, euer QFL Vice President duffeldoffel, uns als Team Captains zur Verfügung stellen, um die Alpines (igor) und Nordics (duffeldoffel) zusammenzustellen mittels einer Draft aus den Nicht-Playoff-Coaches, die ihre Teilnahme zugesagt haben.

Eligible sind:
- frontmode (Kobras)
- Niner (Warriors)
- owl49er (billygoats)
- the_hawk (Eagle Eyes)

Aus diesem Pool werden wir je zwei Coaches draften, einen für die Offense (plus Kicking) und einen für die Defense (plus Returning).

Während des Spiels haben wir Team Captains dann jedoch keinerlei Entscheidungsgewalt, die jeweiligen Coaches sollen ganz alleine entscheiden.

Als Ref wurde Kai auserkoren, das Spiel findet also im "there he gore's dome" statt - vermutlich auf einem Nebenplatz, denn im großen Stadion findet ja gerade ein Playoff-Spiel statt. ;)

Zunächst aber ist der Coin Toss auszuführen, damit wir wissen, wer wann draftet. Diesen Coin Toss wird the_hawk ausführen.

Dafür bekommt er PN von igor ein Keyword zugeschickt, von mir eine ID. Anschließend wird er das Ergebnis hier posten.

Da die Nordics in dieser Saison das formelle Heimrecht genießen, gewinnen sie mit "Home", die Alpines mit "Away".

Moin moin alle zusammen,
ich heiße euch auf dem "he also mitchells field" (Trainingsstadion mit Platz für 98.765 Zuschauer ;) ) herzlich willkommen!
Ich hoffe auf ein munteres Spielchen mit vielen Bigplays auf allen Seiten.

Wird werden Jeweils zum Start eines neuen Quarters und beim Erreichen oder Überschreiten der 10:00 bzw. 5:00 Minuten Marke ein neues Keyword sowie eines für die gesamte mögliche Overtime  nutzen.

Die erste ID wird "10012022" sein.

Da ich gerade noch nur am Handy bin, verzögert sich der Start aber noch etwas. Holt euch also noch ein heißes Bier und ne kühle Wurst ;)

Keinem ist aufgefallen, dass beim INT Return 10 yds unterschlagen wurden... :-\

Jetzt ist es zu spät, würde ich sagen. Diese 10 yds hätten sicherlich Auswirkungen auf die Calls haben können.

Der Return geht nunmehr als 5-yd INT Return in die Stats ein, gemäß des Spots nach dem Return.

Dabei war mir erst etwas unwohl, als die Alpines mit dem Opening Drive gleich einen TD erzielten, aber von da an habt ihr dominiert wie überhaupt nur eine Eins! :thumbup:

Dank allen für das Spiel, auch wenn es im Dritten Quarter spätestens einem fast peinlich war und beim Spiel mehr und mehr die Luft raus war.

Danke den Referees für die souveräne Spielleitung. Grundsätzlich war es mir erst peinlich, gleich im ersten Drive einen easy-Touchdown kassiert zu haben; später  dann schon wieder einen Ball erobert zu haben.
Diese Chancen muss man auch erst mal veredeln ;) Daher Kompliment an Niner

Gratulation an die Nordics!  Immerhin konnten wir das Spiel ein paar Augenblicke lang knapp halten. =D

Schritt eins des Masterplans hat jedenfalls funktioniert: den Nordics eine möglichst große Fallhöhe für nächstes Mal einzubrocken ... ;-)
